xGeorge II, Five Guineas, 1731, struck from the proof dies, young laureate head left, georgivs.ii. dei.gratia. toothed border both sides, rev. inverted die axis, crowned quartered shield of arms, revised garnishing, crown band more ornate, fifteen hearts to Hanoverian Arms, fourteen strings to Irish harp, Scottish Arms with no lis to inner frame, date at top, .m.b.f.et.h.rex.f.d.b.et.l.d.s.r.i.a.t.et.e. edge inverted inscription in raised letters more closely spaced, .+decvs.et.tvtamen anno.regni.qvarto+.
