x HONG KONG Treaty Ports Foochow 1862 part wrapper front addressed to New York, marked "via Marseilles", showing a very fine strike of the very rare "foo chow foo/china" intaglio seal in red, the piece also shows a fine strike of handstruck "4", "3" in red crayon, part London Paid c.d.s. in red and barred oval numeral of London.
