x HONG KONG 1869 (9 Nov.) triple-rate envelope from Hong Kong to Mrs James Davis in London, marked "per Messangies Imperiales", bearing a single franking 96c. brownish grey just tied by "B62" obliterator in black, showing red manuscript "4/-" with, on reverse, despatch and arrival (18.12) c.d.s.; some minor creasing around the edges of the envelope from the original enclosure.
