Rumania 1864 printed from plates on white wove paper, 3pa. yellow (intense vivid shade) complete sheet of forty (8x5) with the top two rows being inverted and the centre row places sideways, fresh with full original yellowish crackly gum; a few trivial blemishes and peripheral faults.
