Italy 1862-1945, a valuable unused/mint and used accumulation mounted on album leaves, including varieties and Special Purpose Stamps, with strength in 1863-65 so-called De La Rue issues including imperf 2c. vertical strip of three, unused/mint 5c. (5), 10c., 15c. (3) and 40c. (3), 1870-1925 Postage Due issues with magenta and blue 1 lira imperf pair, 2 lire and 10 lire mint blocks of four, inverted numerals 5 lire (minor faults) and 10 lire (initialled "A.D.") used, 1878 Official stamps surcharged 2c. on 20c., 2c. on 1 lira (2), 2c. on 2 lire, 5c. on 5 lire (2) and 2c. on 10 lire (2) mint/unused and four with inverted surcharges used, genuine but with faults, 1879-80 10c. (5), 10c. (3) and 25c. (5) mint/unused, and 30c. used (cancellation not guaranteed), 1889 5c. and 45c. (2) mint/unused, 1890-91 2c. on 5c. to 20c. on 50c. mint/unused, 1891-97 5c. (2) mint/unused, 1901 40c. (2) and 50c. (2) mint, later issues with Commemorative sets and mint blocks. Mixed condition but many of the mint/unused with part original gum, viewing essential.
