Italian States Tuscany 1860 Provisional Government, 1c. bruno lilla horizontal pair with good to large margins and showing traces of three adjacent stamps, cancelled and tied by "livorno" hooded d.s. on 1860 (2 Feb.) printed notice with wrapper (small portion of reverse missing) to Carrara, with a further strike of the d.s. and "P D" adjacent; the pair lifted for examination and hinged back in place.
