Italian States A fairly comprehensive mainly used collection with all states well represented including better Modena with 1852, without stop, 10c. rosa vivo, block of four mint (Raybaudi Certificate) and, with stop, 1l. bianco, block of four, unmounted mint; Naples with values to 20gr. and 50gr, unused (B.P.A. Certificate) Parma with 1853-55 5c. giallo arancio (2, one with Oliva Certificate and the other signed E.D.), 1857-59 40c., 18853-57 Newspaper 6c. and 9c., large part o.g.; Sardinia with 1854 5c. and 40c. (both with Certificates), 1854 40c. (Botacchi Certificate) and 1855-63 issue with a good range of shades; and Tuscany with values to 40c. A number stamps signed and overall condition a little mixed but some fine with viewing essential. (hundreds) Estimate £ 3,000-4,000
