x France Colonies 1864 envelope to France bearing 1862 General Issue 10c. bistre (7 with an L-shaped block of five and two singles), apparently posted on a French steamer and put off in Singapore, showing fine Singapore double-ring d.s. for 21 July tying two of the 10c. and showing "9" (decimes) h.s. and French entry c.d.s. alongside, the reverse with three French transit c.d.s.
