Edward IV, light coinage, Groats (3), type VII, London, (i) 3.23g., m.m. crown/ crown, fleurs on cusps except under breast, quatrefoils by neck, (BW VII, 1; S.2000; N.1570); (ii) 2.78g., similar to the last but fleur on cusp on breast, (BW VII, 1); (iii) 2.95g., similar to the foregoing with no punctuation, (BW VII, 4) the second lightly chipped at 1 o´ clock, otherwise very fine, the others good fine, (3) Estimate £ 120-150PROVENANCE: E M Norweb, collection of Edward IV Groats, acquired en bloc by Spink c.1987 Purchased Seaby, January 1990
