Henry VI, Halfpennies (4), London, cross-pellet coinage, (i) 0.46g., two crosses by neck, rev. no extra pellets on reverse, (Whitton 50; S.1942; N.1523); (ii) 0.41g., two crosses by neck, pellets by crown, rev. extra pellets in CIVI and LON quarters, (Whitton 51a; S.1942; S.1523); (iii) 0.40g., saltire on breast, pellets by crown, extra pellest under TAS and DON, (Whitton 53a; S.1943; N.1524); (iv) 0.44g., similar to last but with the extra pellets on line under CIVI and DON, (Whitton 53b) the first on a full flan, fine, the second edge cracked at 9 o´ clock, slightly porous, about fine, both rare, the third good fine, the fourth very fine (4) Estimate £ 80-100
