R.A.), extremely fine, with Bronze Memorial Plaque, regimental cap badge, shoulder titles and button, mounted for display in glass-fronted wooden frame (3) Estimate £ 140-180695840 Gunner Donald McCulloch Brown; born Birkenhead; served with "B" Battery 286th Brigade Royal Artillery during the Great War, and was killed in action on the Western Front, 11.10.1917, buried in Canada Farm Cemetery, Ypres, Belgium. On 10.10-12.10.1917 there were German attacks and British counter attacks along the positions at Ypres.
