Hong Kong Treaty Ports Shanghai 1853 (July) small mourning envelope addressed to Philadelphia bearing a fair to good strike of the Crowned Circle "shanghai post office/paid" handstamp with neat New York American Packet c.d.s. alongside with rate marks "1/8", "16" and "4" in red ink, the reverse with Hong Kong type 9 c.d.s.
