x 1862 ´George Francis Train´s Patent´ envelope, the reverse showing beautiful printed pictorial panel in gold advertising the Bayswater and Paddington horse-drawn ´street rail´ service, the original letter enclosure with similar heading in gold, addressed to Philadelphia, bearing 1855-57 1/- green tied by superb black London S.W. 25 duplex of 29 March and light red circular Philadelphia Paid c.d.s.; light staining around adhesive (crossed by light crease) though in no way detracting from the wonderful appearance.
