Orders For the furtherance of Our Service, as well for Our Pacquets and Letters As For Riding in Post…´, the six-page text with extensive instructions on the various processes to be observed in the carriage of the mails, which are covered in minute detail, even extending to the speed that post horses were to travel in summer or winter, the specifications of the leather bags ´to carry the pacquets´, strict orders for checking the time of arrival and despatch or all mails received, etc.: exceptionally rare and in outstandingly fine, fresh condition.
