Crime and Punishment Crimes Drunkeness 1985 (13 Mar.) a printed official police restraining order issued by W. Richards (Chief Police Officer on the Falkland Islands), with the offenders´ names completed in ink manuscript, relating to the ´Licencing Ordinance 1949 - in respect of the supply of intoxicating liquor to drunkards.
