x Russia 1921-58, a good collection mounted in special leather-bound album. The title page, dated 30.04.1959, is signed by Khrushchev with the following note written underneath, "Album of stamps given me in Moscow by the Red Army on 30 April 1959 and signer (above) by Mr. Khrushchev. It contains every issue of stamps from 1921 onwards, the first issue after the Revolution in 1917 being made in 1921. Montgomery of Alamein F.M.". The collection includes miniature sheets and some better items including 1934 Stratosphere Balloon disaster, 1945 Relief of Stalingrad miniature sheet, 1946-47 Russian Revolution miniature sheet, Anniversary of Postal Service miniature sheets (3), 1947-50 Moscow Anniversary miniature sheet, 1949 Pushkin miniature sheet, 1949 Air set, Stalin´s 70th Birthday miniature sheet, 1950 Moscow Building Plan, 1955 Savitsky miniature sheets, Agricultural Exhibition miniature sheets and others.
