Dominica 1883 (9 Mar.) envelope registered to Martinique, bearing 1879 21/2d. red-brown (2) and 1882 large "1/2" in red on half 1d. lilac block of four all cancelled "A07", Dominica c.d.s. towards foot and arrival c.d.s. on reverse; the envelope creased and with flap missing, the reverse with Seybold h.s., nevertheless a rare registered franking.
