Basutoland 1876 (21 July) envelope to Port Elizabeth, bearing Cape 4d. blue cancelled "156" at Mafeteng and with a superb strike of the despatch c.d.s. at foot, indistinct transit c.d.s. alongside and the arrival c.d.s. on reverse.
