1929 Postal Union Congress 1/2d., 1d., 11/2d. and 2 1/2d. blocks of four, used on two envelopes registered from London to Sutton Coldfield (the 1/2d. and 21/2d. values on one envelope, the 1d. and 11/2d. values on the other), tied by black oval Registered London Chief Office datestamps for first day of issue 10 May 1929, each with blue on white registration label; the covers with light horizontal crease at foot though well clear of the adhesives and in no way detracting.
