STRAITS SETTLEMENTS India used in Straits Settlements 1855-65 Typographed Issues Singapore 1859 (Oct.) entire to Glasgow, marked "Via Marseilles", bearing 4a. black on blue glazed paper pair and two singles, one bisected diagonally, clearly tied by "B/172" obliterator and showing, on reverse, "singapore/p.o." c.d.s. in red and arrival d.s.
