BURMA Airmails 1941 (22 Nov.) Burma-Chungking First Airmail Survey Flight, envelope (235x106mm., folded) to the British Ambassador at Chungking bearing a variety of values cancelled with double-ring d.s. and showing Insukia c.d.s. and Lashio Airport oval d.s. in violet with a further strike and arrival c.d.s. on reverse. Only twenty-four covers carried, most of which went to Hong Kong and were destroyed when the Japanese invaded. Only two addressed to the British Ambassador at Chungking are believed to have survived Estimate £ 100-120
