Seychelles 1890-92 Keyplate Issue Issued Stamps Die I 2c. green and carmine, a block of twenty (2x10) being the complete right two vertical rows of the sheet with small sheet margins on three sides and affixed on piece of virtually the same size, each pair sharing "B64" obliterator and with small part London 1893 c.d.s. at right; some horizontal creases between pairs.
