HELENA Covers and Cancellations 1888 (9 July) envelope to Germany, bearing 1876 4d. carmine with 1884-94 1/2d. emerald and 3d. deep mauve, each cancelled by rectangle of blocks in a circle of blocks obliterator, showing red crayon "11/2" and clear despatch c.d.s. with London and arrival datestamps on reverse.; the envelope with tear at left.
