Jocelyn Scots Fu Gds), engraved in large serif capitals; France, Legion of Honour, Knight´s Badge, silver, gold centres and enamel, some enamel damage; Turkish Crimea, Sardinian die; Turkey, Order of the Medjidieh, Fifth Class breast Badge, silver, gold and enamel, very fine or better, the group mounted as worn, with the related group of miniature medals, these also mounted as worn (4) Estimate £ 1,200-1,500 John Strange Jocelyn, 5th Earl of Roden (1823-97), served in the Crimea and subsequently commanded the 2nd Jager Corps of the British German Legion.
