Pryce-Jones), good very fine or better, all in individual card boxes of issue, sold with a copy of ´Owen Roscomyl And The Welsh Horse, by Bryn Owen´ 1939-45 Star, extremely fine, with named Condolence Slip to Lieutenant J.P.H.M. Vaughan, in card case of issue addressed to his Uncle, Captain Sir V. Pryce-Jones (4) Estimate £ 240-280 Major Sir Pryce Victor Pryce-Jones, (1887-1963) 2nd Baronet of Great Ryburgh (created 1918); educated at Eton and Cambridge; joined Lieutenant 5th Battalion South Wales Borderers, 1904; Captain 7th Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers, 1908; served with the Welsh Horse Yeomanry (attached 2nd Battalion 1st Cheshire Yeomanry from 7.1.1915) on the Western Front from 3.4.1915; retired Honorary Major, 1921. Lieutenant John Pryce Hardie Morris Vaughn, served in the Second War with the Duke of Cornwall´s Light Infantry, attached 7th Battalion South Lancashire Regiment; died, India 28.12.1944, buried at Kirkee War Cemetery, India.
