Queensland Postal Stationery This section primarily comprises the fine eight frame exhibit which was awarded a Large Vermeil medal at the World Stamp Expo Australia 99 Exhibition Postcards and Reply Paid Postcards 1898 Scenic Views Series 1d. essay in black on cream stock with U.P.U. inscription, the stamp impression similar to that used for the 1899-1906 stamp though dated "1837" and "1897" at foot and with picture inscribed "barron river, cairns railway" at left; very rare.
