Queensland Postal Stationery This section primarily comprises the fine eight frame exhibit which was awarded a Large Vermeil medal at the World Stamp Expo Australia 99 Exhibition Postcards and Reply Paid Postcards 1897 (c.) 1d. Unissued Card An essay with heading as used for the 1889-91 cards and imprinted with 1897 1d. red; subsequently perforated "O S" and used in 1909, with printed message on reverse, from the Department of Public Lands, from Brisbane to Townsville; some staining on face though very rare. Also a cut-out of the same stamp impression similarly perforated Estimate £ 120-150 Note: Only four examples of this card were recorded by the owner, all of which have one missing pin in the letter "O"
