Queensland Postal Stationery This section primarily comprises the fine eight frame exhibit which was awarded a Large Vermeil medal at the World Stamp Expo Australia 99 Exhibition Postcards and Reply Paid Postcards 1880 Reply Paid Card Essays A preliminary proof in black with impressions of an unissued 1/2d. stamp at left and right of face panel, marked "Essay. 1880" at top and accompanied by an unfinished proof in black with uncleared lined background to head and incorrect tail to "Q", and a plate proof block of four in pale red on unwatermarked paper, each handstamped "specimen" diagonally in deep blue.
