Italian States Papal States 1867 (21 Sept.) imperforate typographed on coloured paper, the mostly mint selection comprising 2c. verde giallo block of four with large margins, a single with no stop after "Cents" and a further example together with 40c. and perf. 10c. on an attractive 1869 (5 Mar.) cover (faults); 3c, grigio rosa (small ink mark on face); 5c. azzurro verdastro, a pair and two singles and 1868 perf. azzurro chiaro, two pairs, on four pieces and cancelled by "Orte" grille; 40c. giallo together with perf. 20c. rosso bruno and 80c. rosa lillaceo together with perf. 40c. giallo all on two pieces; also 1868 perf. 20c. rosso bruno showing no stop after "Cents" variety, imperforate at foot from the lower part of the sheet, large part original gum.
