Italian States Naples 1858 Arms Issue 10gr. rosa carminio, II tavola, on a large front of 1861 (14 Apr.) insured cover in a mixed franking with Neapolitan Provinces 2gr. azzurro (Sass. 20b), both tied by a single impression of the very rare fancy "annullato" (type 31) h.s. of "s. germano" and with red c.d.s at side.
