Spain, a cut out uniface representation of the engine 'Mataro' as used on the first Spanish railway from Barcelona to Mataró inaugurated in 1848, cast copper 100 x 94 mm (vide M.261); a heavy cast base metal silvered 152 x 43 mm uniface representation of a 4-8-4 mixed traffic engine constructed at the factory of Clot (Barcelona), together with a curved brass plate 71 x 79 mm with an engine numbered 4030 steaming left, tower above both in relief, spring clip mount on reverse, all very fine (3)
