King's Medal for Champion Shots of the Army, G.V.R., 'Crowned Head' type, one clasp, 1935 (No.216452 Corporal A.F. Carson 32nd. Battalion.), extremely fine, together with a small photograph of the recipient in uniform Estimate £ 1,400-1,600 Corporal A.F. Carson, 32 Battalion Australian Infantry, from Footscray, Victoria won the King's Medal in 1935 with a 276 Aggregate. He also received the Victoria Rifle Association Gold Medal.
