Short voided cross, eagle in each angle, +PVLMAER ONN RVM. N.827, S.1181, cf. EMC 1042.1387. Very rare mint for Edward the Confessor, only two other examples of the Sovereign-Eagles type are known. Some minor weakness at centers. Toned. Very Fine.
