VINCENT 1907-11 Arms of the Colony Issues Essays 3d. composite essay, the vignette photographic (slightly oxidised) in dull blue (the design as issued, the lettering not as adopted) with matching handpainted background, the frame printed in the same colour as the vignette and touched up with Chinese white, set into sunken frame (80x85mm.) which in annotated and dated "Nov. 2nd 06".
