VINCENT 1869 Colours changed, perf. 11 to 121/2 Covers 1870 (25 Dec.) entire ex the "Polignac" correspondence to Paris and readdressed to Maromme in red ink, bearing 4d. yellow with 1863 perf 11 to 121/2 1d. rose-red pairs (2; one with corner fault), showing red crayon "7", oval-framed "pd", despatch and London Paid (14.1.71) datestamps.
