VINCENT 1863-68 no watermark Covers 1871 (9 Aug.) double rate entire ex the "Polignac" correspondence to Paris, bearing perf 11 to 121/2 4d. deep blue pairs (2), both lightly cancelled by "A10" obliterator, showing red crayon "1/3", circular-framed "pd", very light despatch, London Paid (26.8) and Calais entry datestamps.
