VINCENT 1863-68 no watermark Covers 1869 (22 May) entire to Demerara marked "p French Mail", bearing perf 11 to 121/2 4d. deep blue tied by "A10" obliterator, showing light oval-framed "pd" and despatch c.d.s. in red alongside and, on reverse, Georgetown arrival d.s.
