VINCENT 1863-68 no watermark Covers 1867 (25 Nov.) entire ex the "Polignac" correspondence to Paris, bearing perf 11 to 121/2 4d. deep blue pair cancelled by clear central "A10" obliterator, showing red crayon "7", circular-framed "pd", despatch, London Paid (18.12; tying the pair) and Calais entry datestamps.
