VINCENT 1862 no watermark, rough perf. 14-16 Covers 1868 double rate entire ex the "Polignac" correspondence to Paris, bearing 6d. deep green (2) with 1861 rough perf 14 to 16 1d. rose-red pairs (2), each cancelled by clear "A10" obliterator, showing red crayon "1/2", circular-framed "pd", red London Paid (20.3) and Calais entry datestamps.
