ST. VINCENT 1862 no watermark, rough perf. 14-16 Covers 1864 (24 Sept.) envelope to Liverpool, bearing 6d. deep green, a horizontal pair tied by light "A10" obliterator, showing red crayon "11" with red despatch and London Paid (14.10) datestamps on face; slight peripheral staining to the adhesives and lower left corner of cover repaired.
