LUCIA 1860 Watermark Small Star, Perf. 14 to 16 Issued Stamps 6d. green lightly tied by "A11" obliterator on 1861 (11 May) envelope to Northampton, showing a good strike of the Crowned circle "paid/at/st. lucia" in red with London Paid c.d.s.
