CAPE OF GOOD HOPE 1855-63 White Paper Issue Covers Small envelope from Cape Town and addressed locally, bearing 4d. blue with good to large margins and neatly cancelled in red, despatch oval d.s. in red on reverse; the adhesive with surface fault in lower left corner and the cover a little soiled though a scarce and attractive 4d. rate local franking prior to the reduction to 1d. in 1860.
