CAPE OF GOOD HOPE 1853 Issue on Covers 1855 (9 June) entire to Cape Town, bearing 1d. brick-red on deeply blued paper block of four with good to large margins and twice neatly cancelled, Cape Town oval d.s. in red on reverse; the block with small scissor-cut between two stamps not affecting the designs, the entire with horizontal filing crease well clear of the block.
