Fusiliers.), contemporarily privately impressed, contact marks, nearly very fine Estimate £ 260-300 Captain The Honourable Frederick Nathaniel Fiennes Twisleton Wykeham Fiennes, (1836-1896), born Aldestrop, Gloucestershire; 5th son of the 13th Baron of Saye and Sele; educated at Eton; Ensign, 23rd Royal Welsh Fusiliers; Second Lieutenant 1854; Lieutenant 1855; Captain 1858; served in the Crimea at the siege and fall of Sebastopol, including assaults on the Redan, 18 June and 8 September; appointed Military Knight of Windsor and was on the Royal Foundation at his time of death (Lower Ward, Windsor Castle).
