OHMS envelope registered to Belgium, bearing 1892-93 6c. bright green and 10c. brown sharing nine-bar oval and showing oval-framed "R", "registered/No" handstamp (R2) and Labuan c.d.s. (D5), Ventimiglia, Brussels and Antwerp d.s. on reverse; the adhesives with some staining and the envelope with a vertical crease and truncated at left. An unusual franking to this destination.
