PERAK The Dr. Cheah Way Mun Collection Covers and Cancellations Straits Settlements used in Perak 1891 (19 Dec.) envelope to Melbourne, marked in red ink "Via Singapore thence by 1st opportunity", bearing 1891 1c. on 2c. (S.G. 60), in combination with Straits 1883 5c. blue, both cancelled by oval of bars and showing "port weld" c.d.s. in opposite corner and, on reverse, Penang (20.12), Singapore (28.12) and arrival (21.92) c.d.s.; some minor foxing around perfs and the cover with a few small faults.
