PERAK The Dr. Cheah Way Mun Collection 1884-91 overprinted on Straits Settlements 1886 Setting 3 (Plate 2) 2c. rose, possibly from setting 3 with wide "k", very neatly tied by Chinese manuscript date for 6 April on reverse of "red band" envelope which has light crease and thinning at top.
