PERAK The Dr. Cheah Way Mun Collection 1884-91 overprinted on Straits Settlements 1884 Setting 4 - overprinted in 30 unit vertical block 2c. rose, a complete lower left pane of sixty (6x10) showing plate number and with margins at right and foot, showing narrow "e" on [3], [6] and [21] only, unused with large part or full original gum; the odd tone spot on reverse and the top row with some slight soiling otherwise fine.
