PERAK The Dr. Cheah Way Mun Collection 1884-91 overprinted on Straits Settlements 1884 Setting 3 - overprinted in 30 unit vertical block 2c. pale rose, a complete pane of sixty (6x10) with interpanneau margins at right and foot, showing narrow "e" on [25], [28], [39] and [42] only, unused with large part or full original gum; some slight soiling and a few with some light stains on reverse and in the selvedge, otherwise fine.
