OHMS envelope (228x101mm.) to The Administrator, St. Vincent, showing superb double-oval "commissioner's office/Crown/virgin islands" handstamp in violet in lower left corner and with a fine strike of the rare Crowned Circle "paid/at/tortola" (CC2) with Tortola c.d.s. alongside towards right, St. Thomas and St. Vincent c.d.s. on reverse; fine and attractive.
